Soft Planter

Soft Planter was a passion project inspired by the natural soft curves of worn rocks and caves. The piece is designed as an imagination piece, with carved features very similar to fairy caves you would find in the forest.

Product Details

This design was hand-sculpted, and taken through a digital modelling process called photogrammetry. It was then made using the slip casting process, with a blood red clay. The inside is coated in a clear gloss, while the outside has streaks of clear gloss glaze running along the curves to contrast against the raw clay exterior.

Production took roughly 6 months to bring this design to life.
