Too Friendly pieces are priced considering the material, equipment, knowlegde used, and labour spent, to make all the handmade pieces.

Each piece is designed, digitally modelled, 3D printed, made into a plaster mold and slip casted using unique and timely techniques.

Yes, you can buy available Too Friendly stock, or organise custom styles of Too Friendly stock at a wholesale price.

Wholesale orders are made to order, depending on quantity they will take 6-8 weeks to manufacture.

Pick up is at River Studios: 41- 59 Sims St, West Melbourne VIC 3003.

Your piece will be wrapped in tissue paper, so it is recommended to bring a box to ensure it's not damaged in your bag.

Shipping Rates include handling.

Your pieces will be wrapped in tissue paper and greenwrap for protection. They will then be packed into a box and padded with shredded paper for shipping.

Your pieces will be shipped via AusPost, or for larger orders via a reliable courier.

Orders take 2-3 days to be processed and packed.

Shipping depends on the chosen courier, but typically 5-7 days for standard shipping.

If there are delays with shipping, you will be contacted ASAP.

You have 7 days once you have recieved your order to contact Too Friendly and organise a return if it is for the following reasons;

- The piece is damaged

- The piece does not reflect the image

In the case of damaged goods: If there is stock of the same item, you can organise a replacement piece. Otherwise, you will be provided a full refund.

All Too Friendly pieces are made from porcelain, making them waterproof, dishwasher and microwave safe.

Do not expose the pieces to thermal shock, eg. pouring boiling hot water on cold ceramics or putting hot ceramics in the freezer.

If your pieces become discoloured over time, give them a rub and wash with a diluted bi-carb vinegar mix.
